1. Who we are

FluxPlays is an independent affiliate publication operated from Malta. We publish casino reviews and profiles, slot reviews, bonus comparisons, live game trackers, and related content. We do not operate any gambling service. We do not accept deposits, hold funds, or facilitate any form of wagering.

2. Informational content only

Everything on this site is published for informational purposes. Nothing here is financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. We provide no gambling services of our own. Any wagering you do happens on a third-party operator under that operator's terms, not ours.

3. Age requirement

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. By using FluxPlays, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that gambling is legal where you live. If you are under 18, stop using this site. Accounts are limited to adults, and you confirm your age when you create one.

4. Accounts

You do not need an account to read FluxPlays. If you create one, you sign in through Google, Discord, Twitch or Kick. We do not issue passwords and we never see the password for those services. Keeping your social account secure is your responsibility, because anyone who can sign in there can reach your FluxPlays account.

Accounts are for one person, and one person should hold one account. In practice a person can sign in through more than one provider, and we tolerate that. What we do not allow is using several accounts to claim the same reward more than once, or to get around a suspension. If we find that happening we may merge, suspend or close the accounts involved.

You must give accurate information, you must not impersonate anyone, and you must not use an account on behalf of someone else or sell or transfer it.

5. Usernames, profiles and avatars

Your username is permanent. You cannot change it yourself, because it is how we identify you when awarding FLUX. If you need it changed, contact us and we will consider it.

Your profile page is public and shows your username, avatar, badges and join date. It does not show your email address, your balance, or any social account you have linked.

Usernames and avatars must not be offensive, must not impersonate another person or a member of our team, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. We may reset an avatar, change a username, or remove a profile that breaks these rules, and we act on reports as soon as we see them.

6. FluxCoin and FLUX balances

FluxCoin is a loyalty programme. A FLUX balance is a promotional record held in your account. It is important that you understand what it is and what it is not.

FLUX has no monetary value

FLUX is not money, not currency, not e-money, not a deposit, not a financial product, and not property. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent. Displaying a balance does not mean we hold funds for you, and you have no claim against us for the value of a balance.

How FLUX is issued

All FLUX is issued by us, manually, at our sole discretion, usually during live streams. There is no way to earn it automatically, and no action on your part entitles you to receive any amount. FLUX cannot be bought, and we will never ask you to pay for it.

FLUX cannot move between people

You cannot transfer, gift, trade, sell or assign FLUX to another user or to anyone outside the site. Attempting to sell or trade a balance is a breach of these terms.

We can correct mistakes

If a balance is wrong because of an error, a technical fault, or abuse, we may correct it. We do this by recording a correcting entry rather than editing history, so the record of what happened stays complete.

When FLUX is lost

Your balance is forfeited, without compensation, if you delete your account or if we close it for a breach of these terms. If your account is suspended, your balance remains recorded but cannot be used while the suspension lasts.

The programme can change

We may change how FluxCoin works, what FLUX can be used for, or end the programme entirely. If we end it or make a change that materially disadvantages you, we will give reasonable notice first. Where FLUX is ever exchanged for a reward, any tax arising on that reward is your responsibility.

7. Suspending and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular for claiming the same reward through more than one account, evading a previous suspension, impersonation, abusive conduct, or any unlawful use of the site.

A suspended account cannot sign in. We will tell you that the account is suspended and how to contact us, though we may not explain in detail how we identified the problem. If you think we have made a mistake, contact us and a person will look at it.

You can delete your account yourself at any time in account settings. If your account is suspended you can still ask us to delete your data, and we will do so.

8. No warranty on third-party offers

Casino offers, bonuses, wagering requirements, and game availability are set by operators and change often. We make a reasonable effort to keep our pages accurate, but we give no warranty that any offer or detail on the site is current or complete.

9. Affiliate links

This site contains affiliate links. When you sign up at an operator through one of our links, we may earn a commission. This is disclosed, and commission arrangements do not influence our scores or rankings. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy for detail. Holding an account or a FLUX balance does not change how we score anything.

10. Intellectual property

All content on FluxPlays, including text, ratings, graphics, and the FluxPlays name, is owned by or licensed to FluxPlays. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission. Linking to our pages is fine as long as you do not misrepresent the source. Content you upload, such as an avatar, remains yours, and you give us permission to display it on the site for as long as your account exists.

11. Limitation of liability

FluxPlays is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or any operator referenced on it, including gambling losses or reliance on information that later proves inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Because FLUX has no monetary value, we are not liable for the loss of a balance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the most recent change, and we keep a record of which version you agreed to when you created your account.
