Forever Split Megaways adds two extra rows to a 72,030-way Megaways grid and makes them the source of its settlement multipliers, which reset after every base spin but stay for the whole of free spins. That gives the bonus a real way to build, and the 96.58% top RTP is high, but base wins are small, a multiplier only counts when its symbol is part of a win, and free spins average one in 343.18 spins.

Who it suits

Play this if…

  • You like a multiplier that grows through tumbles and stays for the whole free spins round
  • You want a twist on Megaways: two extra rows that carry multipliers of up to x15
  • You care about RTP: 96.58% at the top, with the buys and antes close behind

Skip this if…

  • You want a base game that pays often: only 15 of our 100 spins won anything
  • You expect a multiplier on screen to count: it only applies when its symbol is in the win
  • You want the dearer buy to give more spins: Super Free Spins cost five times as much for the same 10, with a x2 floor on the row multipliers

What is the Forever Split Megaways slot about?

The game plays a break-up as a legal case. Red neon frames the reels in a dark room under a blood-red moon. On the left a pale woman in a dark suit sits with a document in front of her; on the right a pale man in red velvet holds a glass of something red. Free spins are "the immortal proceedings", and every round ends on a "total settlement".

Reel 1 shows up to 5 symbols, reel 6 up to 6, and reels 2 to 5 up to 5 each plus one more in a row above and one in a row below. Those two rows spin on their own, right to left. Wins pay left to right from three of a kind on adjacent reels, there is no wild, and every win tumbles until no new one forms.

At a $1 bet, six of a kind pays $10 for the man's portrait, $5 for the woman's, $2.50 for the necklace, $2 for the watch, $1.50 for a scroll with a ring and $1 for the couple's photo. One review site gives those as five-of-a-kind pays, but they are for six. The royals run from J to A, with no 10, and pay $0.40 to $0.75 for six.

Pragmatic Play's figures put a win on 20.28% of spins, one in 4.93, and free spins on one spin in 343.18 on average. Only 15 of our 100 base spins paid.

Forever Split Megaways bonus features

Settlement multiplier

In the base game, paying symbols on the top and bottom rows can carry a multiplier of x1, x2, x3, x5, x8, x10 or x15. When one of them is part of a win, its value is added to a total settlement multiplier that multiplies every win until that spin's tumbles end. The total then resets, so a multiplier symbol that is not part of a win does nothing.

Free spins

Three scatters, a gold card showing the couple, award 10 free spins, plus 5 more for each scatter beyond the third. Scatters land only on the six main reels, never in the extra rows, and stay put through the tumbles. The round uses special reels, and every paying symbol landing in the extra rows carries a multiplier.

The big change is that the settlement multiplier no longer resets. Every multiplier that joins a win is added to a total that stays on screen and applies to all the remaining free spins. A round that reaches 10,000x the bet ends at once.

Ante bets and buys

Two ante bets, which we did not test, raise the cost of a spin for more free spins: Ante Bet 1 costs 1.5x the bet for twice the chance, Ante Bet 2 3x for five times, at 96.48% and 96.49% RTP. The bonus buys cost 100x for free spins at 96.54% and 500x for Super Free Spins at 96.49%, where every extra-row multiplier is at least x2.

Played on the official demo with play money, one spin at a time and without autoplay. Free spins never triggered naturally (two scatters at most), so both rounds were bought. The ante bets were not played, per our protocol. Spin 35's $14.30 was a single result: the other 99 base spins returned $34.30. Totals from the spin log: $700.00 staked, $112.80 returned. 100 spins and two buys cannot measure the RTP or the volatility.

We played 100 base spins at $1, one spin at a time and without autoplay, and got $48.60 back from 15 wins: four under $1, seven from $1 to $5 and four above $5. The balance was up after spins 6 to 12, then lost ground, with a dry run of 18 spins from spin 11 to 28 and no win at all in the last 13.

The settlement multiplier went above x1 on 7 of the 100 spins. Its best was x13 on spin 69, which paid $5.80. On spin 6 a x5 symbol sat in the bottom row, but the game server's log shows the multiplier stayed at x1 for that win; under the rules, a row multiplier counts only when its symbol is part of a win.

Spin 35 was the biggest win: $1.80, then a $12.50 tumble, settling at $14.30 with the settlement multiplier at x5. It was a single result; the other 99 spins returned $34.30 between them.

Forever Split Megaways spin 35 at a $1 bet, settled after the tumble: x5 SETTLEMENT MULTIPLIER on the right and WIN $14.30Spin 35 of 100 at $1: settled at $14.30 with a x5 settlement multiplier. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.

Scatters landed on 7 spins, two at most, on spin 53, so free spins never triggered naturally and we bought both rounds. The $100 buy landed three scatters for 10 free spins. The multiplier carried from spin to spin, reaching x5 by free spin 3 and x7 on free spin 5, where six A symbols paid $0.75 x 7 = $5.25. It ended at x13, and the round paid $30.15.

Forever Split Megaways last free spin of our $100 buy: x13 settlement multiplier, x2 and x3 symbols in the extra rows, WIN $30.15The last of 10 free spins from our $100 buy: x13 and $30.15 for the round. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.

The $500 Super Free Spins gave the same 10 spins, with x2 to x10 on every extra-row symbol we saw. The first seven free spins paid nothing. Free spin 8 paid $2.25 at x3, and free spin 9 took the round to $34.05 as its tumbles lifted the settlement multiplier from x11 to x18.

Forever Split Megaways TOTAL SETTLEMENT screen after our $500 Super Free Spins buy, showing $34.05 and the line THIS IS NOT THE ENDThe $500 Super Free Spins result: a total settlement of $34.05. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.

Results by part of the test, with the base game first:

  • Base game, 100 spins at $1: $100.00 in, $48.60 back
  • Standard Free Spins buy at 100x: $100.00 in, $30.15 back
  • Super Free Spins buy at 500x: $500.00 in, $34.05 back

Across all three we staked $700.00 and got $112.80 back; neither buy paid back its price. We never saw free spins arrive naturally, and the ante bets stayed off under our protocol. One session of 100 spins and two buys cannot measure a 96.58% RTP or the volatility.

Is Forever Split Megaways worth trying?

The extra rows give the game its own idea. In the base game they can turn a modest tumble into something better, as spin 69's x13 did, and in free spins the settlement multiplier keeps every step it takes, so a round can build. The top RTP of 96.58% is high, and the buys and antes all sit within 0.1 points of it.

The base game is thin, though. Six of the top symbol pay 10x and six royals under 1x, a win comes on about one spin in five, and a multiplier symbol only counts when it is part of the win. Free spins average one in 343.18 spins, and the Super buy's x2 minimum costs five times the standard price.

Every source we checked, and the game's own rules page and intro screen, call it medium volatility.

The Dog House Megaways 1000 is the other Megaways game we have tested, built around multiplier wilds rather than multiplier rows. Sunnydaze Asylum, a tumbling ways game with the same medium label, has the same two ante levels, 1.5x for twice the free spins chance and 3x for five times, but takes its multipliers from a scatter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I play the Forever Split Megaways demo for free?+

Yes. This page runs Pragmatic Play's official Forever Split Megaways demo with play money, so there is no sign-up. It plays a three-slide intro, then opens at a $2.00 bet; five presses of the minus button in the settings took ours to $1.00. Both buys and both ante bets are in the demo, and after a buy a REBUY button for that option appears.

How does the settlement multiplier work in Forever Split Megaways?+

Paying symbols in the extra rows above and below reels 2 to 5 can carry x1 to x15. When one is part of a win, its value joins a total that multiplies every win until the tumbles stop. In the base game the total resets after each spin; in free spins it stays all round. Ours went above x1 on 7 of 100 base spins, peaking at x13.

What is the difference between Free Spins and Super Free Spins in Forever Split Megaways?+

Both give 10 free spins with a settlement multiplier that lasts the whole round. Free Spins cost 100x the bet at 96.54% RTP. Super Free Spins cost 500x at 96.49%, and every multiplier in the extra rows is at least x2, from x2 up to x15. In our test the $100 round paid $30.15 and the $500 round $34.05.

How many free spins do you get in Forever Split Megaways?+

Three scatters give 10 free spins, and each scatter beyond the third adds 5 more, so four give 15. Scatters land on the six main reels, never in the extra rows. Pragmatic Play puts the trigger at one spin in 343.18, and the two ante bets raise the chance two or five times. Our 100 spins never showed more than two scatters.

What are the RTP and bet range of Forever Split Megaways?+

The demo runs 96.58%, and Pragmatic Play also offers 95.49% and 94.50% versions. Bets run from $0.20 to $240, or up to $720 with Ante Bet 2; the rules page shows $720 as its maximum because it counts the ante. The two buys are listed at 96.54% and 96.49%, and the antes at 96.48% and 96.49%.
