Our verdict
Le King is the Le Bandit engine on the Las Vegas Strip with jackpots added: Golden Squares from cluster wins open under a Neon Rainbow into coins up to 500x, clovers up to x20, Treasure Pots and four Jackpot Markers that stack, from 10x to the 20,000x cap. Jackpot of Gold keeps its squares lit so every Rainbow fires the whole board again. Clusters alone pay little, so the base game waits on the Rainbow.
Who it suits
Play this if…
- You like coin reveals with a jackpot on top: four markers from 10x to 20,000x can join any Rainbow
- You want a bonus that reuses its board: Jackpot of Gold keeps every Golden Square lit to the end
- You already enjoy Le Bandit and want the same engine with a higher ceiling
Skip this if…
- You want clusters that pay on their own: 12 card letters pay at most $1 on a $1 bet
- You want the jackpots often: a landed marker needs a Neon Rainbow beside it
- You want to buy the top round: Viva Le Bandit! needs five scatters

Le King: Full Review
Le King is Hacksaw Gaming's Las Vegas chapter of the Le series, from June 2025, with Smokey the raccoon as an Elvis-style headliner. Clusters on its 6x5 grid clear with Super Cascades and leave Golden Squares for a Neon Rainbow to turn into coins, clovers, pots and Jackpot Markers. Every mode can reach 20,000x. For our Le King demo test we played 100 base spins at $1, ten spins of each FeatureSpins mode and each buy once.

What is the Le King slot about?
The rules give Smokey a résumé: croissants on the Eiffel Tower, the ruins of the pharaohs, the halls of Valhalla, and now Spin City, disguised as the King himself. The grid glows in a neon frame on the Strip, with a flamingo sign behind it. Smokey stands on the right in a quiff, star-shaped glasses and a pink stage vest, holding a microphone.
On the left, the Jackpot Sign shows the four jackpots in dollars at your current bet: $10, $100, $1,000 and $20,000 at $1.
Clusters of five or more matching symbols pay when they touch edge to edge. A win then removes every regular symbol of the winning kind from the grid, not just the cluster, and new ones fall in until nothing connects. The WILD is Smokey's mugshot, and it stands in for every paytable symbol.
At a $1 bet, the card letters pay $0.10 for five and $0.50 to $1 for 12 or more. Watermelons and dice pay $0.30 to $3, microphones $0.50 to $5, casino chips $1 to $10 and the roulette wheel $1 to $25. All three review sites we checked quote a 41.33% hit rate; our base game paid on 39 of 100 spins.
Le King before our first spin, still at the demo's opening $2.00 bet, so the Jackpot Sign shows double the $1 values. FluxPlays demo test, 19 October 2026.
Le King bonus features
Golden Squares and the Neon Rainbow
Every square under a winning symbol turns gold. If a Neon Rainbow is on the grid once the wins are paid, all of those squares open and reveal Coins, Treasure Pots, Green or Gold Clovers, or Jackpot Markers, with coin values as multiples of the bet:
- Bronze Coins: 0.2x, 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x
- Silver Coins: 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x
- Gold Coins: 25x, 50x, 100x, 250x or 500x
Green Clovers multiply the Coins and Pots next to them by x2, x3, x4, x5, x10 or x20, and Gold Clovers do the same to every one on the grid. Treasure Pots then gather all Coins and other Pots, top to bottom, left to right, but never the Jackpot Markers. The other squares open again, and the cycle runs until the total is paid.
In the base game, every square and special symbol clears before the next spin.
Base spin 84 at $1, settled: a Neon Rainbow on reel 6 turned Golden Squares on reels 1 and 2 into Bronze Coins, $7.10. FluxPlays demo test, 19 October 2026.
Jackpot Markers
The four markers are MINI at 10x, MAJOR at 100x, MEGA at 1,000x and MAX WIN at 20,000x the bet. A marker that lands during a spin only counts if a Neon Rainbow lands with it; one revealed in a Golden Square pays after the Coins and Pots.
Only one marker of each value can be on the grid, so up to four can land together, and their values are added before they pay. One review site says only one jackpot can land per spin, but the rules allow all four.
Spin City
Three FS scatters at once give 10 free spins on the base rules, with one change: Golden Squares stay on the grid, and keep building up, until a Neon Rainbow opens them. Landing two FS symbols together during the round is worth 2 extra spins, three are worth 4.
Jackpot of Gold
Four scatters give 10 free spins with the Spin City rules, but here the Golden Squares stay lit for the whole round, even after a Rainbow has opened them. Every later Rainbow can fire the whole saved board again. The retriggers are the same.
Viva Le Bandit!
The Hidden Epic Bonus needs five scatters at once in the base game. It plays 10 spins with the Jackpot of Gold rules, a Neon Rainbow on every spin and only Silver or Gold Coins in the squares. You cannot buy it, and it never appeared in our session.
Bonus buys and FeatureSpins
All four cards on the buy menu carry a Medium volatility label. Two are FeatureSpins modes, which stay on until you press DISABLE, and two are one-off bonus buys:
- BonusHunt FeatureSpins: 3x a spin, each spin five times as likely to start a bonus; 96.13% RTP
- Shamrock & Roll FeatureSpins: 60x a spin, at least one win and a Neon Rainbow on every spin, and no FS symbols; 96.31%
- Spin City: 80x; 96.31%
- Jackpot of Gold: 250x; 96.36%
Bets run from $0.10 to $2,000 under the demo's rules, and buys can cost more; the review sites list $100 as the top bet.
The buy menu at a $1 bet: BonusHunt and Shamrock & Roll FeatureSpins, then the Spin City and Jackpot of Gold buys. FluxPlays demo test, 19 October 2026.

Played on Hacksaw Gaming's official demo in US dollars, in one session from $5,000.00 to $4,739.60, matching the screen, with every round checked against the game server's log. No free spins triggered and no Jackpot Marker paid in the base game. BonusHunt FeatureSpins: 10 spins at $3, $1.70 back, no bonus. Shamrock & Roll FeatureSpins: 10 spins at $60, $600.00 in, $473.30 back, every spin paid. The only jackpot seen was the MINI (10x) in the Jackpot of Gold buy. Totals from the spin log: $1,060.00 staked, $799.60 returned. A sample this size cannot measure the RTP or the volatility.
Our test ran in one session of Hacksaw Gaming's official demo, in US dollars from the $5,000 starting balance, and we checked each round against the game server's log. The session ended at $4,739.60, as the screen showed.
The 100 base spins at $1 won 39 times for $44.80, and 20 of those wins paid under $1. No free spins triggered and no Jackpot Marker paid. The longest stretch without a win ran 11 spins, from spin 15 to spin 25.
The two best base spins showed both sides of the game. Spin 84 paid $7.10 when a Neon Rainbow opened Golden Squares into five Bronze Coins. Spin 4 paid $6.10 from five Super Cascade cluster wins in a row, with no Rainbow at all. After those, nothing paid more than $4.00.
BonusHunt at $3 a spin produced six small wins from $0.10 to $0.60, $1.70 in all, and no bonus.
Shamrock & Roll at $60 a spin did what its card promises: a win and a Neon Rainbow every time. The ten spins paid $12.00 to $111.70, only three of them more than the price, and returned $473.30 from $600.00. Our tenth spin, settled, shows why: coins worth 1x to 10x and an x2 Green Clover still count on the $1 base bet, so the board paid $53.40.
Shamrock & Roll spin 10 at $60, settled: Bronze and Silver Coins and an x2 Green Clover, paid on the $1 base bet, $53.40. FluxPlays demo test, 19 October 2026.
The $80 Spin City buy saved its squares for one big moment. Nine of its spins paid $0.60 between them; the one Rainbow that opened the saved board paid $70.00, and the round ended at $70.60.
The $250 Jackpot of Gold buy came alive on free spin 3. A MINI marker landed with a Neon Rainbow, and the squares revealed coins and Green Clovers of x4, x2 and x4; once the clovers had worked, the coins read 16x, 24x, 16x and 80x. With the MINI's $10, the spin paid $146.00.
Jackpot of Gold free spin 3 from our $250 buy: the MINI marker has become a $10 chip and the MINI panel is lit. FluxPlays demo test, 19 October 2026.
The squares stayed lit, a later Rainbow fired them again for $63.00, and the other spins added $0.20, so the round paid $209.20. The count-ups for the $146.00 and $70.00 spins moved on before their final figures; both come from the server log, with each round confirmed by its TOTAL WIN screen and the settled balance.
Back on the base screen after our $250 Jackpot of Gold buy at $1: $209.20 for the round and a $4,739.60 balance. FluxPlays demo test, 19 October 2026.
Each buy is a single round. Mode by mode:
- Base game, 100 spins at $1: $100.00 in, $44.80 back
- BonusHunt FeatureSpins, 10 spins at $3: $30.00 in, $1.70 back
- Shamrock & Roll FeatureSpins, 10 spins at $60: $600.00 in, $473.30 back
- Spin City buy at 80x: $80.00 in, $70.60 back
- Jackpot of Gold buy at 250x: $250.00 in, $209.20 back
The log sums the session to $1,060.00 staked and $799.60 returned. The rules screen showed 96.14%. We never saw a natural bonus, Viva Le Bandit! or any jackpot above the MINI, and a sample this size cannot measure the RTP or the 3 out of 5 rating.
Is Le King worth trying?
Le King keeps the Golden Squares engine and adds a reason to watch the Jackpot Sign. Every Rainbow can now carry a jackpot as well as coins, and since markers stack, a single spin can pay several tiers together. The 20,000x MAX WIN marker matches the game's cap.
The two bonuses differ in one rule that matters. Spin City banks squares until a Rainbow spends them, so one well-timed Rainbow carries the round. Jackpot of Gold keeps the squares after they fire, so each later Rainbow cashes the whole board again. Our single Spin City returned $70.60 on its $80 price and our single Jackpot of Gold $209.20 on $250.
The base game leans on the Rainbow too. Clusters pay little on their own, top symbol $25 at 12 or more, so the Golden Squares and markers do the real work. Shamrock & Roll forces a Rainbow on every spin for 60x, but a small board still pays small, as ours did.
Hacksaw's own sign rates the volatility 3 out of 5, the rules give no word, and all four buy cards read Medium. Besides the 96.14% our demo ran, the review sites we checked list RTP versions of 94.18%, 92.25% and 88.25%.
Le Bandit, the 2023 series opener, is the closest relative, by both games' rules: the same 6x5 cluster grid, Super Cascades, Golden Squares opened by a Rainbow and coin ladder up to a 500x Gold Coin. Le King adds the Jackpot Markers, splits the clover into Green and Gold at up to x20 instead of x10, plays its rounds over 10 spins and doubles the cap from 10,000x.
Le Fisherman, from February 2026, also fires Golden Squares with a Rainbow and uses the same two clovers, but tops Gold at 100x with Diamonds above it, collects with Buckets instead of pots and caps at 15,000x.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I play the Le King demo for free?+
Yes, on this page, in Hacksaw Gaming's own demo with $5,000 of play money and a $2.00 opening bet. The Jackpot Sign updates with the bet, so at $2 it shows $20 for the MINI and $40,000 for MAX WIN. All four buy cards work, including the $3 BonusHunt and $60 Shamrock & Roll modes.
How do the Jackpot Markers work in Le King?+
There are four: MINI 10x, MAJOR 100x, MEGA 1,000x and MAX WIN 20,000x the bet. One that lands during a spin needs a Neon Rainbow on the same spin; one revealed in a Golden Square pays after the coins. Up to four can land at once, one of each, and their values are added. We hit the MINI once, for $10.
Which is better, Spin City or Jackpot of Gold?+
They differ in what happens after a Rainbow. Spin City saves its Golden Squares until a Rainbow opens them, then clears them; Jackpot of Gold keeps them lit, so every later Rainbow pays the board again. The rules give 96.31% and 96.36%. Our $80 Spin City paid $70.60 and our $250 Jackpot of Gold $209.20.
What is the max win and RTP of Le King?+
20,000x the bet, in every mode, which is also the MAX WIN marker's value. Our demo's rules gave 96.14%, matching all three review sites we checked, and two of them also list 94.18%, 92.25% and 88.25% versions. Our best single result was the $209.20 Jackpot of Gold buy at a $1 bet.
