FluxPlays verdict
Our verdict
Outlaws keeps to a classic 5x3, 20-line board and puts its play into two features: a random Dynamite Blast that uncovers money bags or Scatters, and free spins where every Wild sticks and a crosshair stacks multipliers on them. There is no way to buy the bonus or raise its chance, the cap is 5,000x, and plain line wins are small.
Who it suits
Play this if…
- You like free spins that build: Wilds stay put, and the crosshair stacks multipliers on them
- You want a base game with a random extra: the Dynamite Blast paid on six of our 100 spins

Skip this if…
- You want to buy your way to the bonus: Outlaws has no Fast Track or Xtra-Bet
- You want a high ceiling: wins stop at 5,000x the bet
- You want card ranks that matter: five of them pay $2 to $5 at a $1 bet

Outlaws: Full Review
Outlaws is a Slotmill slot from December 2020: a 5x3 Western on 20 fixed lines, set on a frontier main street. A random Dynamite Blast can blow open money bags in the base game, and free spins make every Wild sticky while a crosshair hands out multipliers. Slotmill rates it Medium-High, with a 96.03% RTP and a 5,000x cap. The game sells no bonus buy, so our Outlaws slot test was 100 spins at $1.

What is the Outlaws slot about?
The reels sit in a weathered wooden frame under an OUTLAWS sign, in the middle of a dusty main street with a windmill, a wagon wheel and timber saloons on either side. Free spins tint the street a warmer red, and the round opens and closes on a screen showing a gunslinger in a blue bandana and a cowgirl with two pistols.
Wins run left to right across 20 fixed lines from 3 of a kind. Only the best win on each line pays, but one symbol can count toward several lines at once.
The cowgirl and the gunslinger top the paytable at $50 for five at a $1 bet, then the longhorn skull and the gun belt at $12.50 and the whiskey bottle at $10. Card ranks from A down to 10 fill the low end, at $2 to $5 for five, and three of a rank pay 40 or 50 cents.
The WILD WANTED poster lands only on reels 2, 3 and 4 and stands in for every symbol except the sheriff star Scatter.
Before our first spin at $1, from the $5,000 demo balance: a Wild Wanted poster on reel 3 and the sheriff star on reel 1. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.
Outlaws bonus features
Dynamite Blast
At random in the base game, a dynamite charge lands on the reels and blows open the symbols beside it. Behind them sit money bags, a 2x money bag multiplier or Scatters, while any Scatter already showing is left untouched.
Revealed Scatters count toward free spins, which is how our only free spins round began. Each bag shows its value once uncovered: on spin 27 at a $1 bet ours read 2, 4 and 3.
A Dynamite Blast on base spin 27 at $1, settled: money bags of 2, 4 and 3 on reels 3 and 4, $9.00 in all. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.
Free Spins and Sticky Wilds
Three, four or five sheriff stars award 8, 10 or 12 free spins at the bet that triggered them. Every Wild that lands becomes a Sticky Wild, locked behind bars until the round ends, and three Wilds on one reel add 2 more spins. No Scatters appear during the round.
The crosshair
At the start of each free spin a crosshair drops onto reel 2, 3 or 4. On a Wild it adds a 2x multiplier, and each later hit on the same Wild raises it by 1x. On any other symbol it may turn that symbol into a Sticky Wild. When several multiplied Wilds sit on one winning line, their multipliers are added together before they apply.
A line through a x2 Wild and a x3 Wild therefore pays at x5, not x6.
Free spin 7 of 8 after base spin 100: three Sticky Wilds, one carrying X3, with $49.10 won so far. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.
No bonus buy
Outlaws has no Fast Track, no Xtra-Bet and no other paid mode. Slotmill's product sheet mentions Fast Track, but there is no buy menu on the game screen, none in the rules and none in the game server's option list. Spinning is the only way into free spins.
Burst Mode, a quicker autoplay that shows only round totals, is the one extra, and we did not use it. Bets run from $0.20 to $50 across 15 levels.

natural trigger in the session
Played on Slotmill's official demo in US dollars, from its $5,000 demo balance (100 times the $50 top bet), with every spin matched to the game server's log. Outlaws has no Fast Track, bonus buy, Xtra-Bet or paid mode, so the test is 100 base spins. The Dynamite Blast came six times and paid $9, $4, $4, $26, $4 and $33 in money bags; spin 100's blast also uncovered Scatters for 8 free spins, $78.80 for the round in all. Spin 67 paid $26.40 and spin 100 $78.80, single results; the other 98 spins returned $64.65. Totals from the spin log: $100.00 staked, $169.85 returned, in one session from $5,000.00 to $5,069.85. One hundred spins cannot measure the RTP or the volatility.
Slotmill's official demo ran in US dollars from a $5,000.00 balance, 100 times the $50 top bet, and every spin matched the game server's log. The 100 spins at $1 returned $169.85 from 31 wins: 8 under $1, 19 from $1 to $5 and four larger. The longest dry run lasted 13 spins, from 33 to 45.
The Dynamite Blast came six times, on spins 27, 57, 63, 67, 80 and 100, and its money bags paid $9, $4, $4, $26, $4 and $33. On spin 67 six bags across reels 1 and 2 and a $0.40 line made $26.40, the best spin without free spins. Line wins did the rest: the 94 spins without a blast returned $43.65 from 25 wins.
Base spin 67 of 100 at $1, settled after a Dynamite Blast: $26.40. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.
Spin 100, the last, was the big one. Its blast paid $33.00 in money bags and also uncovered Scatters, which awarded 8 free spins in the same round.
The game server's log shows the first three free spins paying nothing. When the fourth began, two Sticky Wilds already sat on reel 2 and the total was still $33.00. From there the spins paid $2.60, $9.00, $4.50, $14.00 and $15.70 as Wilds gathered on reels 2 and 3 and the crosshair hit one of them twice for x3. The round closed at $78.80.
The end of the free spins from base spin 100 at $1: $78.80 for the whole round, blast included. FluxPlays demo test, 16 October 2026.
Spins 67 and 100 are single results. Without them, the other 98 spins returned $64.65 from 29 wins, and none of those paid more than $10.00, four gunslingers on a line on spin 46.
That is the whole test, since there is nothing to buy: by the server log, $100.00 staked and $169.85 returned in one session, from $5,000.00 to $5,069.85. The rules showed 96.03%. We never saw a 10 or 12-spin round, the 2 extra spins or the 2x money bag multiplier, and 100 spins cannot measure the RTP or the volatility.
Is Outlaws worth trying?
Without a buy, most of any session is the base game, and in ours free spins came once, on the 100th spin.
The free spins are still the reason to play. Sticky Wilds pile up on the middle reels, three on a reel bring two more spins, and the crosshair keeps adding to the same Wild, so a round can build on itself from spin to spin, as ours did after three blanks.
The Dynamite Blast keeps the base game from being only line hits. It strikes at random, it paid every time it came in our test, and it is a second road into free spins, since the Scatters it uncovers count.
The limits are clear. Nothing raises the bonus chance or skips the wait, five of a card rank pay $2 to $5 at a $1 bet, and the cap is 5,000x. Slotmill's page rates the volatility Medium-High, and the game gives no label. The rules state 96.03%, as Slotmill's page does, so the 96.11% and 96.01% quoted elsewhere do not match the game.
Slotmill's Vikings Creed, also from 2020, uses the same 5x3, 20-line layout and has no bonus buy either.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I play the Outlaws demo for free?+
Yes, with play money and no account: this page loads Slotmill's own Outlaws demo. It opened for us at $5,000.00, 100 times the $50 top bet, with the bet at $1. There is no buy menu to try, so the demo is all about the base game: free spins come only from Scatters, including any a Dynamite Blast uncovers.
Is this Slotmill's Outlaws or another Outlaws slot?+
This page covers Slotmill's Outlaws, the 5x3, 20-line Western released in December 2020 with the Dynamite Blast and sticky Wilds. Other slots carry the word in their names, Outlaws Inc. and Wild Outlaws among them, but they come from other providers and have their own rules, so nothing here applies to them.
Can you buy the bonus in Outlaws?+
No. Slotmill's product sheet mentions Fast Track, but Outlaws has no buy menu on screen, none in its rules and none on the game server's option list, and there is no Xtra-Bet either. Spinning is the only way into free spins: in our 100 spins they came once, on spin 100, after a Dynamite Blast uncovered Scatters.
How does the Dynamite Blast work in Outlaws?+
It strikes at random in the base game. A dynamite charge lands, explodes and reveals what was hidden behind the symbols beside it: money bags, a 2x money bag multiplier or Scatters, which count toward free spins. It came six times in our 100 spins and paid every time, $80 in money bags across the six.
How do the crosshair multipliers work in Outlaws?+
Each free spin starts with a crosshair landing on reel 2, 3 or 4. A hit on a Sticky Wild gives it a 2x multiplier, and each further hit adds 1x; a hit on another symbol may turn it wild. Multipliers on the same line are added before they apply. In our round one Wild reached x3 after two hits.
