Hearts of Venus builds everything around multiplier spots that grow under repeated wins, and in free spins a collect-driven boost of up to x1,024 lets them snowball. It gives plenty of choice, with three buys, an ante and three Super Spins all at 96.50% RTP, but the base game does little on its own, and a buy fixes only the start, not how far the boost climbs.

What is the Hearts of Venus slot about?

The base game sits under a pink sky with waterfalls and rose bushes, with Venus in a white gown to the right of a gold-framed grid. Free spins move to a purple grid in a field of pink roses.

Five gems in red, blue, white, purple and green are the low pays; the golden apple, pearl shell, Roman helmet and lyre are the high ones, and there is no wild. Eight or more of one symbol anywhere pay, and every win tumbles. At a $1 bet the paytable runs from $0.20 for eight or nine green gems to $50 for 12 or more golden apples.

Hearts of Venus bonus features

Multiplier spots

On any spin or tumble, a pink heart with a random multiplier, from x2 doubling up to x1,024, can appear on any of the 30 positions. A win on a spot is multiplied by it, and spots under one win add together. Each winning symbol that explodes on a spot grows it by its starting value, so an x4 becomes x8. Base-game spots clear when the tumbles stop.

Hearts of Venus spin 95 at a $1 bet: pink heart multiplier spots across the grid, 8 helmets on x8 for $6.00 and WIN $6.60Spin 95 of 100 at $1: eight helmets on a combined x8, $6.60 in all. FluxPlays demo test, 15 October 2026.

Free spins and the Multiplier Boost

Three, four, five or six scatters give 6 free spins, with every position starting at x2, x4, x8 or x16 and the Multiplier Boost at the same value. In this round the spots never clear, and as tumbles play out they grow by the current boost, shown on a ladder of ten hearts above the reels. A round that reaches 25,000x the bet stops there.

Once free spins start, the scatter turns into a COLLECT symbol. Every three collected move the boost one step up the ladder, toward x1,024, and add 2 spins. Reaching x1,024 adds 10 spins instead, and the boost goes no higher. Review sites disagree on whether scatters or a separate Collect symbol feed the boost; in the rules they are the same symbol.

Special bets and Super Spins

The Special Bets panel holds four options. The ante costs 3x the bet for ten times the free spins chance. The three Super Spins skip free spins and preload the grid: Super Spin 1 (20x) with a random x2 to x1,024 and a boost of double that, Super Spin 2 (250x) with x32 and a x64 boost, and Super Spin 3 (1,000x) with x128 and a x256 boost.

In all three the boost doubles after each tumble, up to x1,024, but a win still needs eight matching symbols.

Bonus buys

Three bonus buys sit in the Buy Feature panel, each at 96.50% RTP. Free Spins costs 100x and lands three scatters, so the round starts at x2. Super Free Spins costs 400x and lands five, for an x8 start. Random Free Spins costs 250x and lands three to six scatters at random.

Before a Random round, you can gamble the start multiplier and boost up one level at a time, to x128 at most, by picking one of two hearts. Each step is close to a coin flip, 50.01% to 50.47% by the game's figures, and an empty heart loses the round.

Played on the official demo with play money, one base spin at a time. We also played 10 spins each of Super Spin 1 ($200 in, $73 back), Super Spin 2 ($2,500 in, $1,444.80 back) and Super Spin 3 ($10,000 in, $3,667.20 back). The ante stayed off. One session, three single buys and 30 Super Spins are far too little to measure the RTP or the volatility.

The base game was hard work. Our 100 spins at $1 returned $32.60 from 25 wins, close to Pragmatic Play's 28.65% hit rate, but 16 paid under $1 and only one paid over $5. The longest dry run was 12 spins, 45 to 56. Spots appeared on just 8 spins, at x2 to x8, and two scatters landed only twice.

Our best base spins came from spots adding up. On spin 26 two spots combined to x16 and turned 8 purple gems into $4.00, and on spin 95 eight helmets on a combined x8 paid $6.00 of our biggest base result, $6.60.

The buys showed how much rides on the boost. The $100 Free Spins collected only two of the three scatters it needed, so the boost stayed at x2 for all 6 spins. The first five paid $0.25 between them, and the last tumbled into $16.80, for $17.05.

The $400 Super Free Spins went the other way. Five scatters started it at x8, and collected scatters raised the boost six times, to x512, stretching 6 spins to 18. The first eight spins paid $11 between them. Then spins 9, 11 and 16 paid $432.80, $989.60 and $766.00, and the round finished on $2,199.40.

FluxPlays demo test, 15 October 2026.

The $250 Random Free Spins landed five scatters for an x8 start and a 50.16% gamble to double it, which we declined. The boost climbed to x64 over 12 spins, and the round paid $588.35. The three buys cost $750 and returned $2,804.80.

Hearts of Venus Random Free Spins gamble screen: hearts from x2 to x128 with x8 lit, a Collect x8 button and a 50.16% chance to winOur Random buy offered x8 and a 50.16% chance to double it; we collected. FluxPlays demo test, 15 October 2026.

The Super Spins were the wildest part: 20 of our 30 spins paid nothing. Super Spin 1 at $20 paid twice, $57 and $16. Super Spin 2 at $250 paid five times, best $740.80 when the boost reached x512, for $1,444.80 from $2,500. Super Spin 3 at $1,000 paid three times, including $2,048 at the x1,024 cap, for $3,667.20 from $10,000.

We never saw a natural trigger, a free spins boost of x1,024 with its 10 extra spins, a Random gamble played out, or the ante. One run of each buy and ten of each Super Spin cannot measure the 96.50% RTP or the volatility.

Is Hearts of Venus worth trying?

The multiplier spots give it real depth. In free spins they stay and grow by a boost of up to x1,024, so a round can gather force to its last spin, and three buys, an ante and three Super Spins all sit at 96.50% RTP under a 25,000x cap.

The price is a quiet base game. Spots clear after every spin, free spins average one in 439.19 spins, and a buy only sets the start: the boost still needs collected scatters, which our $100 round never got. The Super Spins fill the grid with multipliers, but two in three of ours paid nothing.

The game's rules page calls it high volatility, and so does Pragmatic Play, while the three review sites we checked call it medium, one of them citing a three-out-of-five rating. We use the game's own label.

If growing spots appeal, Jade Legends builds its multipliers from marks that wins leave behind rather than random hearts, and Death Dominion is the other 6x5 pay-anywhere game we have tested with buys and Super Spins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I play the Hearts of Venus demo for free?+

Yes. This page loads Pragmatic Play's official Hearts of Venus demo with play money, so there is nothing to sign up for. It opens at a $2.00 bet. All three buys work, including the Random buy's heart gamble, and picking a Super Spin switches the BET readout to its full price, $1,000 for Super Spin 3 at a $1 base bet.

What is the RTP of Hearts of Venus?+

96.50% in the standard version, with 95.50% and 94.50% versions also offered to casinos. In the version we played, the rules show 96.50% for everything: the base game, the ante, all three buys and all three Super Spins.

Is Hearts of Venus high or medium volatility?+

High, going by the badge on the game's own rules page, and Pragmatic Play lists it the same way. The three review sites we checked call it medium, but we follow the label the game itself shows.

Does Hearts of Venus have a wild symbol?+

No. The paytable lists nine paying symbols, five gems and four premiums, plus the Venus scatter, and nothing stands in for them. One review site describes a wild, but the game's rules do not include one.

How does the Multiplier Boost work in Hearts of Venus?+

In free spins the Venus scatter becomes a COLLECT symbol. Every three collected move the boost one step up its ladder from x2 to x1,024 and add 2 spins, and the spots on the grid grow by the boost as tumbles play out. In our $400 Super buy it rose from x8 to x512, and the round paid $2,199.40.
