FluxPlays verdict
Our verdict
Fruit Party keeps cluster pays plain, with seven symbols, tumbles and no wild, and puts its punch in multipliers that multiply each other inside a block, up to 256x, with 4x values in free spins. Each multiplier helps only its own block, base symbols carry only 2x, and wins stop at 5,000x, so the base game runs on small pays and the bonus does the heavy lifting.
Who it suits
Play this if…
- You like plain cluster pays: seven symbols, tumbles and blocks of five or more
- You want multipliers that compound: 2x symbols in one block multiply, up to 256x
- You want a buy with one simple price: 100x for the standard 10 free spins
Skip this if…
- You want big base wins: base multipliers are only 2x, and 25 of our 39 wins were under $1
- You want a high ceiling: wins stop at 5,000x
- You want multipliers that last: each one counts only for its own block, which then tumbles away

Fruit Party: Full Review
Fruit Party is Pragmatic Play's 2020 cluster slot, the original, not Fruit Party 2. Blocks of five or more matching fruits pay on a 7x7 grid and tumble away, and any winning symbol can carry a multiplier: 2x in the base game, 2x or 4x in free spins, multiplied together up to 256x. We tested the Fruit Party demo with 100 spins at $1 and one bought round.

What is the Fruit Party slot about?
The grid stands on cream tiles in a candy landscape of green hills and a fruit-shaped house. The logo and a BUY FREE SPINS button sit on the left, above a win list that names every paying block with its count, multiplier and pay, such as "11x (apple) $4.50". A PRAGMATIC PLAY mark sits bottom left.
Five or more matching symbols pay when they touch horizontally or vertically, and only the highest win per block counts. Pays rise with every extra symbol up to 15 or more. At a $1 bet the strawberry pays $1 for five, $5 for ten and $150 for fifteen. Orange, apple, grapes and plum follow, then star and heart, which pays $0.20 for five and $20 for fifteen.
There is no wild in the paytable. The golden fruit is the scatter and lands on every reel, and its only job is the free spins.
Spin 7 of 100 at $1: six stars, five oranges and ten hearts paid $2.05 between them, as the win list shows. FluxPlays demo test, 18 October 2026.
Fruit Party bonus features
Tumbles after every win
Each winning block is paid and removed, the symbols above fall into the gaps, and new ones drop in from the top. The sequence repeats until a tumble brings no new block, and the money reaches your balance only when it ends.
Random multipliers that multiply each other
In the base game any symbol in a winning block can light up with a 2x multiplier. The block's win is multiplied by the product of every multiplier inside it, not their sum, so three 2x symbols make x8 rather than x6, and the rules cap the result at 256x. Each block is multiplied on its own: a 4x on plums does nothing for apples on the same spin.
The rules: every symbol in a winning block can carry 2x, and the block's win is multiplied by the product, up to 256x. FluxPlays demo test, 18 October 2026.
Free spins with 2x and 4x multipliers
Three or more scatters start 10 free spins, however many land. The round runs on special reels, and multipliers come more often and can be 2x or 4x, still multiplied together and still capped at 256x per block. Three to seven scatters during the round add 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 spins. The grid turns to icy blue tiles on a purple candy background.
The rules: free spins start at 10, three to seven scatters add 10 to 14 more, and wins stop at 5,000x. FluxPlays demo test, 18 October 2026.
Buy Free Spins
The round can be bought from the base game for 100x the total bet, $100 at $1, and starts with the same 10 spins. There is one price and no choice of round. The rules give the buy no RTP of its own, and the game has no ante bet or special bet modes.
The buy at a $1 bet costs $100, one price for the standard 10-spin round. FluxPlays demo test, 18 October 2026.
Maximum win, RTP and bets
Wins are capped at 5,000x the bet, $5,000 at $1, in the base game and in free spins, and a round that reaches the cap ends at once. The rules give a 96.47% RTP and bets from $0.20 to $240, against the $100 top bet the review sites we checked list, and a HIGH VOLATILITY badge where most of those sites say medium.

Played on the official demo with play money in a single session: spin 1 with an ordinary click, spins 2 to 100 started one at a time by a script clicking the spin button, without autoplay; quick spin from spin 2 (speed only). The game has no ante bet, special modes or gamble. Free spins never triggered in the 100 base spins. Base multipliers in the win list: x4 on spin 28, x8 on spin 36, x4 on spin 72. Spin 72's $7.15 was a single result: the other 99 spins returned $36.90. The Free Spins buy ($100) paid $31.20 in 10 spins with no retrigger, a single result. Totals from the spin log: $200.00 staked, $75.25 returned, ending at $99,875.25. 100 spins and one buy cannot measure the RTP or the volatility.
The demo opened at $2.00 with the buy at $200. Five presses of the minus button took the bet to $1.00 and the buy to $100. Spin 1 was a normal click and a script clicked the spin button for spins 2 to 100, without autoplay; quick spin from spin 2 changed only the speed.
The base game paid often and paid little. 39 of the 100 spins won something, but 25 of those wins were under $1 and 12 more stayed between $1 and $3.90. Only two topped $5, and the longest dry run lasted 13 spins, from 87 to 99. The 100 spins returned $44.05.
The win list showed the multipliers three times: x4 on a block of six stars on spin 28, x8 on six plums on spin 36 and x4 on six plums on spin 72. Under the rules an x8 in the base game takes three 2x symbols in one block. Spin 36 paid $6.70 in all, our second-best base result.
Spin 72 was the best. One tumble sequence paid 11 apples for $4.50, six plums at x4 for $1.60, five oranges for $0.75 and six stars for $0.30, $7.15 in all. It was a single result: the other 99 spins returned $36.90.
Spin 72 of 100 at $1: 11 apples, six plums at x4, five oranges and six stars paid $7.15, our best base win. FluxPlays demo test, 18 October 2026.
Free spins never started on their own, so we saw no natural trigger.
The $100 buy went straight to its award: 10 free spins. Three small wins of $4.00, $1.50 and $1.20 came first, then free spin 5 paid $12.50 and free spin 7 $12.00. The other five spins paid nothing, no scatters added spins, and the round ended at $31.20, 0.31 times its price.
The $100 buy's result: $31.20 in 10 free spins at $1, with no retrigger. FluxPlays demo test, 18 October 2026.
We did not record which multipliers landed in the bought round, and it brought no retrigger; the 4x values, retriggers and the 256x cap are described from the rules.
The two parts of the session:
- Base game, 100 spins at $1: $100.00 in, $44.05 back
- Free Spins buy at 100x: $100.00 in, $31.20 back
That is $200.00 staked and $75.25 returned, and the server balance went from $100,000.00 to $99,875.25, the same as our log. 100 spins and one bought round are far too few to check a 96.47% RTP or the high badge.
Is Fruit Party worth trying?
Fruit Party is cluster pays at its simplest: seven symbols, tumbles and no wild, with the multipliers doing the work. Because they multiply rather than add, a few 2x symbols in one block grow fast, and the free spins add 4x values and more of them. Retriggers of 10 to 14 spins can keep a round going.
The weak points come from the same rules. A multiplier helps only the block it sits in, and base symbols only ever carry 2x, so most base wins stay small: 25 of our 39 paid under $1. The cap is 5,000x, the buy has no RTP of its own in the rules, and our $100 round returned $31.20.
Sugar Rush 1000, which we tested on the same 7x7 grid, takes the other route: its multipliers sit on grid spots that double up to x1,024 and are added together, the spots stay for the whole free spins round, and it caps at 25,000x with a second, 500x buy.
Jade Legends, another 7x7 cluster game we have tested, adds a wild and coins that a dragon collects.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I play the Fruit Party demo for free?+
Yes. This page runs Pragmatic Play's official Fruit Party demo with play money and nothing to sign up for. It opened at a $2.00 bet with the buy priced at $200; five presses of the minus button brought them to $1.00 and $100. The buy works in the demo, and there is no ante switch or bet mode to set.
How do the multipliers work in Fruit Party?+
Any symbol in a winning block can carry a multiplier: 2x in the base game, 2x or 4x in free spins, where they land more often. The block's win is multiplied by the product of all of them, up to 256x, so three 2x symbols make x8, not x6. Some review sites call them combined or counted; the rules say multiplied. Our base spins showed x4 twice and x8 once.
Is Fruit Party the same as Fruit Party 2?+
No. This page covers the 2020 original, game code vs20fruitparty: a 7x7 cluster grid, multipliers up to 256x, 10 free spins and a 5,000x cap. Fruit Party 2 is a separate sequel with rules of its own, and it shows up in many of the same searches. We have not tested it, so nothing on this page describes it.
How many free spins does Fruit Party give?+
Ten, whether three or seven scatters start the round, and the same 10 when you buy it for 100x the bet. During the round three to seven scatters add 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 more spins. Our bought round ran its 10 spins with no retrigger and paid $31.20.
What are the RTP, volatility and max win of Fruit Party?+
The demo's rules give 96.47%, a little under the 96.50% on Pragmatic Play's game page; the rules decide here, and they give the buy no RTP of its own. Two review sites also list a 95.48% version. The rules show a HIGH VOLATILITY badge. Wins are capped at 5,000x the bet, $5,000 at $1, in the base game and free spins alike.
